Product details
Fine base for delicious soups, stews, and sauces based on fish. Fish broth refined with white wine, herbs, and spices. Versatile in use. Content: 400 ml. A fine foundation for sauces and soups. Perfect for exquisite fish dishes.
Preparation:
Sauces: Reduce the broth by half. Stir in butter until the desired consistency is achieved. The sauce can be seasoned by adding a bit of wine or fresh herbs.
