Instructions:
Sterilize jars and distribute about 3 kg of washed and chopped favorite vegetables in them.
1.5 liters of water
500 ml vinegar (10%)
300 g sugar
100 g salt
3 tablespoons KoRo pickling spice
Bring to a boil and fill the jars to the top with the hot mixture, then seal the jars airtight. Let the vegetables steep for at least 4 weeks before consumption.
