Use your own vegetables throughout the year? With KoRo's hearty pickling spice, the variety of your vegetable garden can now be tangily preserved in the pantry according to Grandma's secret recipe. This pickling spice is particularly suitable for firm vegetables such as cucumbers, bell peppers, beets, pumpkins, and zucchini. However, onions, beans, and chili peppers also enjoy a flavorful dip in the spice.

Instructions:
Sterilize jars and distribute about 3 kg of washed and cut favorite vegetables in them.
1.5 liters of water
500 ml vinegar (10%)
300 g sugar
100 g salt
3 tablespoons KoRo pickling spice

Bring to a boil and fill the jars to the brim while hot, then seal them airtight. Let the vegetables steep for at least 4 weeks before consumption.
