KoRo Organic Yacon Syrup

KoRo's organic yacon syrup is an alternative to conventional household sugar. It is derived from the yacon tuber, a plant originally cultivated in the Andes of South America. This Inca root can be processed to extract a brown, sweet syrup. It has a caramel-like and honey-like flavor. Yacon syrup is excellent for use in sweet dishes, desserts, as well as in dressings or iced coffees. Since it is made 100% from the yacon tuber, the syrup is also vegan.
