Product details

To enhance the bioavailability of nutrients and achieve a distinctly crunchy texture along with a pleasantly nutty flavor, KoRo's organic buckwheat seeds are sprouted. This way, they add a special touch to muesli, breads, and even salads.

To maintain complete raw food quality, the buckwheat is gently dried shortly after sprouting. The fiber from sprouted buckwheat contributes to balanced bowel activity when combined with adequate hydration and exercise.

Buckwheat is a so-called pseudocereal that is naturally gluten-free. Therefore, it can be easily consumed by those with celiac disease. Additionally, buckwheat can be ground to make buckwheat flour.

So much for that—true to this motto, KoRo offers favorite foods in bulk packaging. This not only saves packaging material and costs but also allows for longer enjoyment of innovative snacks, superfoods, and tried-and-true cooking and baking ingredients. The Berlin-based company continuously strives to expand its product range while sourcing as close to the origin as possible.
