A traditionally made soy sauce consists of four ingredients: soy, wheat, water, and salt. This is also true for KoRo's version. The ingredients come from organic farming and, when fermented, create a wonderfully spicy yet naturally mild-tasting soy sauce. Packaged in a practical 1 L PET bottle, KoRo's reduced-salt soy sauce impresses with its full-bodied flavor, despite – or perhaps because of – its lower salt content. There are just 12 g of salt per 100 ml of soy sauce. However, this does not diminish the expected umami flavor. In noodle or rice dishes from the wok, in bowls, ramen, and even in marinades or dressings, the soy sauce adds the right seasoning and an Asian touch. It is also excellent as a dip for sushi and sashimi. Following the motto "So much, so good," KoRo offers favorite foods in bulk packaging.
