Coconut oil is extracted from the flesh of freshly picked, ripe coconuts. The coconut oil in the large jar comes from coconuts that are grown in controlled organic farming. No additives or softeners are added to the oil afterwards. For the production of coconut oil, the coconuts are first harvested by hand, then sorted by quality and taken to the oil mill. The result is crystal-clear, aromatic organic oil that is neither refined nor bleached. Coconut oil is a true all-rounder – whether as a food, care product, or household item. The scent and taste of the coconut oil are very subtle and unobtrusive, making it versatile. In the kitchen, coconut oil is primarily used for frying and baking, adding a delicate coconut note to every dish.
