The organic soya strips from KoRo in the practical 800 g value pack are a vegan meat alternative and are made from 100% organic soya beans. The strips are versatile and can be seasoned as desired thanks to their neutral flavour. To prepare the soya strips, they are first soaked in water or stock for 10-15 minutes, drained and then fried until crispy. Thanks to their size, the organic soya strips are ideal as a meat alternative for gyros, sliced meat or chicken strips and also taste delicious in colourful salads, wraps or in curries and vegetable stir-fries.
