In addition to peanut, lupin and coconut flour, KoRo also offers organic almond flour. The almond flour is gently produced from blanched almonds, which are partially de-oiled during the manufacturing process. The result is a slightly nutty, sweet-tasting flour that is ideal for a low-carb diet. The flour also has a high protein content of 50 g per 100 g. KoRo's almond flour feels right at home as an ingredient in cakes, rolls, pancakes, pizza bases or muffins, but cannot be used 1:1 as a flour substitute. A tablespoon of the flour in the smoothie peps it up and ensures a thicker consistency.
