KoRo Almond butter made from blanched and roasted almond kernels

The white, creamy almond paste from KoRo is made from peeled almond kernels processed into a smooth paste. Instead of being processed at high temperatures, the almond kernels are gently blanched and only lightly roasted beforehand. White almond paste is not only a great spread for bread: it is also excellent for seasoning and refining sauces and dips, adding a nutty note to smoothies, for baking, and as a topping for muesli. Thus, it is considered an absolute all-rounder among nut pastes. The almond paste has a shelf life of up to ten months when unopened – a true delight in a 500 g jar.
