KoRo Almond butter

In addition to white almond butter, you can now also enjoy the flavour of brown almond butter. Question: What's the difference? Quite simply, in white (or light-coloured) almond paste, peeled almond kernels are processed into a creamy paste. Brown almond paste uses unpeeled almond kernels. In the production of brown purée, the kernels are not blanched but lightly roasted, which gives it a delicious flavour. Brown almond paste is a great vegan spread. But that's not all: it is also ideal for flavouring and refining sauces, dips and even smoothies. It is also ideal for baking and as a topping for muesli. *The almond butter naturally contains some sugar. May contain traces of hazelnuts, cashew nuts and pistachios.
