Since Popeye, spinach has been associated with huge muscles for both young and old. Although much of that was exaggerated back then, our new spinach powder still impresses today with its high protein content.
Natural spinach powder for your kitchen
KoRo uses 100% real spinach (Spinacia oleracea) for the spinach powder. It is gently dried and ground. Without any additives, it is packaged and ready to be shipped.
Recommended use
The taste of spinach powder only faintly resembles fresh leaf spinach. It adds a subtle spinach flavor to pasta, spaetzle, or pizza dough. However, the spinach powder is so mild in flavor that it can easily be used in sweet dishes, cakes, or crepes.
