Knorr Risotto Tomato: Whether as a side dish or on its own - this traditional Italian dish is irresistibly tender in flavor thanks to sun-ripened tomatoes. The beloved Knorr risotto has been available for decades and is now gluten-free. The taste and recipe remain consistently good. To prepare, first bring 250 grams of Knorr Risotto Tomato gluten-free and 7 dl of water to a boil. Then, partially cover the pan and let the liquid simmer for about 18 minutes. Finally, remove the pan from the heat and stir in 30 g of butter and 25 g of grated cheese (Parmesan). Let it sit for 2 minutes. For a vegan preparation, substitute the butter with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the Parmesan with 25 g of almond paste.
