Knorr Risotto Milanese: Whether as a side dish or on its own, this traditional dish from Milan has an irresistibly delicate flavor and is seasoned with fine mushrooms and saffron. Bring Knorr Risotto to the boil with 7 dl of water. Cover the pan halfway and let the liquid boil down for about 18 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 30 g of butter and 25 g of grated cheese (Parmesan). Leave to stand for 2 minutes. For a vegan preparation, replace the butter with 2 tbsp of olive oil and the Parmesan with 25 g of almond paste.

Ingredients: 92% rice¹ (Italy), iodized table salt, yeast extract, onions¹, palm oil, 1.1% mushrooms (butter mushrooms, porcini), sugar, turmeric, saffron, pepper, acidifier (ascorbic acid). ¹From sustainable cultivation.
Instructions for use
