Product details
The Knorr mix for pepper cream schnitzel is uniquely creamy and fine in taste. With delicate spices balanced by the addition of mildly spicy peppers, the cream sauce is a true delight. To prepare, lightly season the schnitzels, briefly fry them, remove from the pan, and keep warm. Next, slice the peppers into thin strips and sauté them. Deglaze with 1.5 dl of water and cook for 5 minutes. Mix the blend with 2.5 dl of cream, add it to the peppers, and cook for about 3 minutes. Finally, add the schnitzels to the sauce and let them sit for 2 minutes. Serve.
