Kampot - the name says it all. Kampot is not only the capital of the province of the same name in Cambodia, but also the home of the world-famous Kampot pepper. On the southern coast of Cambodia, it grows in a warm and humid climate under perfect conditions and owes its intense and fruity flavour to these fortunate circumstances. The black berries of our fermented Kampot pepper are particularly delicious as a finisher for steak and co. but also go perfectly with tomato salad and salad dressings. Ingredients: Kampot pepper (fermented), sea salt.
