Justchili Café de Paris ground

You know Café de Paris sauce, don't you? Once invented in beautiful Geneva, it can now be enjoyed at home. This spice blend has an elegant and harmonious, fine spicy note.

For a juicy steak with fine spicy Café de Paris butter, mix 100g of room-temperature butter with a tablespoon of our mixture until you achieve a homogeneous mass. Then, place it in the refrigerator to firm up.

For a super delicious dip, mix 2-3 teaspoons of Café de Paris mixture with 3 tablespoons of hot water, let it infuse for about 3 minutes, and then combine it with 200g of crème fraîche or natural yogurt. For an extra kick, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
