ISOSTAR Whey Protein Powder Vanilla Bag (570g)

This concentrated whey powder for making protein shakes is rich in branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and contributes to the increase and maintenance of muscle mass. The delicious protein shake can be consumed before or after training and is available in vanilla as well as in a tasty chocolate flavor. Each 570g pack provides approximately 19 servings.

Ingredients
87% whey protein concentrate, 10% whey protein isolate (with emulsifier E322), flavourings, anti-caking agent tricalcium phosphate, thickener E407, sweeteners aspartame and acesulfame K. Contains a source of phenylalanine.
Instructions for use
Isostar recommends that competitive athletes who train intensively before and after competitions and strength athletes take 1 - 3 portions (0.8 - 1.5g protein / kg body weight) throughout the day in the form of a supplement. Take after training or at least 2 hours before training. Drink enough. Preparation: dissolve 3 tablespoons of powder (=~30g) in 250ml of water or milk.
