Recommended Preparation
Mix 100g of the baking mix with 140ml of water for about 3 minutes using a hand mixer until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest covered for about 10 minutes. Then roll it out between two sheets of baking paper. Remove the top baking paper and top as desired. Bake for 10-12 minutes at approximately 200-220°C (convection). Contains at least 30% less carbohydrates than comparable products.
