BP-ER Emergency Food is pressed into bars of approx. 27.8g. Each pack (500g net) contains 18 bars, which are individually wrapped in 9 sticks of parchment paper. However, if stored properly, they will keep for many years. The emergency food is specially packaged with a nitrogen and vacuum seal and is therefore gas and water-tight, which ensures an extremely long shelf life. Experience has shown that the products are still in perfect condition even after 30 years. The emergency stock is vegetarian and free from genetically modified ingredients. It is also suitable for people aged 6 and over and Halal tested. Perfect as long-lasting emergency rations for expeditions, camping or on the high seas. The products are highly nutritious and can be eaten immediately or made into porridge with boiling water. The flavour is slightly sweet. The emergency food is intended for emergencies when supermarket shelves are empty and supplies are blocked.
