Instructions for use | Orange pudding for 4 people: 1 egg, 400ml milk, salt, 35g sugar, 75g semolina, 65ml orange juice (freshly squeezed), orange slices for garnish. Separate the egg and beat the egg whites until stiff. Bring the milk, salt and sugar to the boil.Stir in the semolina and leave to soak briefly.Whisk the egg yolks and orange juice together and immediately stir into the semolina pudding. Fold the beaten egg whites loosely into the hot pudding. Pour the semolina pudding into moulds rinsed with cold water and chill.Turn out to serve and garnish with fresh orange slices. |
