Application
Holle olive oil in the best Demeter quality is a valuable addition to infant nutrition from the age of complementary feeding. It contains valuable monounsaturated fatty acids and provides a good supply of energy. It can be added to vegetable and fruit meals and used as an addition for baby jars.
Preparation:
Dosage recommendation for approximately 200 g of porridge:
Vegetable/Vegetable-Potato/Vegetable-Potato-Meat meal: 2 teaspoons of oil
Fruit/Fruit-Cereal meal: 1 teaspoon of oil
Production:
With Holle organic extra virgin olive oil, residues can be completely excluded. This is guaranteed by biodynamic farming and strict pollutant controls. The use of cold-pressed and unrefined oil in the preparation of baby food is therefore completely safe and can be recommended without reservation. Cold pressing preserves more vitamins, natural colorants, and the original flavor of the oil.
