Application
Holle olive oil in the best Demeter quality is a valuable addition to infant nutrition starting from the weaning age. It contains valuable monounsaturated fatty acids and provides good energy supply. It can be added to vegetable and fruit meals and used as an addition for baby jars.

Preparation:
Dosage recommendation for approximately 200 g of puree:
Vegetable/Vegetable-Potato/Vegetable-Potato-Meat meal: 2 tsp oil
Fruit/Fruit-Cereal meal: 1 tsp oil

Production:
With Holle organic extra virgin olive oil, residues can be completely excluded. This is guaranteed by biodynamic farming and strict contaminant controls. The use of cold-pressed and unrefined oil in the preparation of baby food is therefore completely safe and can be recommended without reservation. Cold pressing preserves more vitamins, natural colorants, and the original flavor of the oil.
