The Doomed Sauce from Hellfire Hot Sauce is the hottest sauce in the world. Enhanced with a 6.66 million SHU natural chilli extract and a laboratory result of 2.76 million Scoville, it provides a heat that surpasses anything that has gone before.
It starts with some of the hottest chillies in the world, such as the Trinidad Scorpion and the red Habanero. These are joined by spices and flavours that offer a unique taste in addition to extremely high heat. Doomed is a favourite on The Hot Ones show and is guaranteed to make you want to try it again and again.
The sauce is not for everyone and should be used in small quantities. Its extremely high heat is ideal for chilli, wings, pasta or chips. One drop is enough to enrich dishes with the intense flavour of the hottest chillies and a special blend of spices.
