GrooVia is a combination of high-quality steviol glycosides and erythritol as a carrier. Its consistency is very similar to sugar, yet it is four times sweeter. The steviol glycoside used is derived from 60% Rebaudioside A with a total purity of over 97% steviol glycosides. Erythritol is utilized as the carrier to ensure you can use a sprinkle sweetener daily that is completely health-safe and suitable for all applications. Steviol glycosides have a sweetness power of up to 450 times that of sugar, which makes dosing quite challenging. Additionally, due to this high sweetness, baked goods lack the bulk that sugar provides. Erythritol is an ideal filler. • GrooVia is suitable for diabetics.
• According to the ADI value for steviol glycosides, the following dosage recommendation applies: the maximum daily dose is 1.7g of GrooVia per kg of body weight. For an adult weighing 75kg, this would correspond to 127.5g of GrooVia. 1 teaspoon of GrooVia (approximately 8g) is equivalent to the sweetness of about 32g of sugar.
