Aceto Balsamico is a high-quality balsamic vinegar in a class of its own. Selected grapes are used to produce a smooth, dark, and shiny balsamic vinegar with an excellent sweet-sour balance. Its exceptional taste is the result of a long maturation process. This wonderful sweet-sour balanced taste enhances almost all dishes, especially grilled or cooked fish, roasts, seafood, aged cheeses, fruit salads, and desserts.
