Product details
Sweet lupine flour is very rich in valuable vegetable protein and is versatile. It serves not only as an egg substitute, but also as a fine addition to pastries or smoothies. Pastries or smoothies are thus enriched with protein in a natural and delicious way. Our sweet lupins come from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and are also processed in Germany.
Suggestions for use:
As an egg substitute, stir one tablespoon of sweet lupine flour with 1 tablespoon of water. This amount replaces e.g. in sponge cake or shortcrust pastry 1 egg.
