Usage: As a meat substitute, for frying and cooking.
Preparation: Soak the chunks in cold water with a pinch of salt for 30 minutes.
Tip: For a quicker option in your dish, cook for about 10 minutes or pour hot water over them and let them steep for 20 minutes.
