Govinda's protein-rich pasta stands out due to the selection of ingredients and the drying process. While industrially produced pasta is dried at 130 °C, Goodels are dried at a maximum of 42 °C, preserving their valuable nutrients. Additionally, we do not use table salt. The pasta consists of 90% red lentils and 10% flaxseed. They are naturally gluten-free and rich in valuable plant-based protein. Above all, they bring variety to the table with their finely rounded flavor and can be prepared in no time.
