To ensure an even spray shot, the refill cartridge must engage between both spigots of the fragrance holder in the connecting pieces of the base section, otherwise no leverage can be achieved. However, this is necessary to trigger the spray mechanism of the cartridge valve. The product should usually be disposed of empty via the Dual System/The Green Dot.
