Original refill for use in the automatic air freshener with motion sensor, providing a long-lasting, pleasant scent in all rooms. Designed to eliminate bad odors, it is ideal for smaller spaces to ensure optimal fragrance distribution. The scents created by Glade fill every room with an atmospheric fragrance that creates a special feel-good environment.
Placement: Ideally, place the device upright on a flat surface without obstructing the upward spray. Maintain a distance of about 1.50 m from the motion source.
Operation: To open the device, press on both sides near the middle and lift the front cover. Insert the fragrance cartridge into the device. A audible click confirms the correct position of the refill. Pull the red tab on the battery to activate it. After 5 seconds, the device will spray automatically once to indicate that it is ready for use. When the device detects motion, it will blink three times quickly and spray briefly. It then enters standby mode for 20 minutes. In standby mode, the light remains continuously on, and Glade Sense & Spray does not respond to motion or spray. After 20 minutes in standby mode, the light will blink every 5 seconds, and the device is now active again. It will respond to motion and spray as needed.
If 20 minutes is too long, the boost button on the front of the device, where the light is illuminated, can be pressed for an extra burst of fragrance.
Battery replacement: Remove the front cover. Insert two new AA batteries. Note: Ensure batteries are correctly oriented when replacing. Dispose of old batteries at designated collection points at recycling centers. Empty cartridges can be disposed of through the recycling system "Der Grüne Punkt.".

Instructions for use | Operation: The intelligent device automatically sprays a fragrance when the sensor is shaded. Refill is saved as the device automatically switches to lock mode after the motion detection and spray jet. The Sense & Spray lock mode lasts for 20 minutes. In blocking mode, the sensors are switched off and there is no automatic spray jet. Once the blocking time has elapsed, the motion detection is also reactivated. If required, Glade fragrance can be sprayed again at the touch of a button on the top of the appliance. Only use Glade by Brise Sense & Spray refill in this appliance. Installation location: Ideally upright on a flat surface and without obstructing the upward spray jet. Maintain a distance of approx. 1.50 m from traffic routes. Useful tips: Possible reasons for lack of sensor response: Room is too dark. The room must be bright enough for a shadow to fall across the sensor. The device is placed directly on or in a light source, especially sunlight. Adjust the device so that no bright light falls on it. The sensor on the front of the device is blocked by objects. Align the device so that the sensor is not blocked. CAUTION: Do not point the appliance at people during assembly. After assembly, a spray jet is automatically emitted to demonstrate correct operation. Assembly: Sense & Spray: Remove the front cover. Before inserting the refill, flip the lever upwards to prevent misuse. Insert the cartridge on the brown tab. Engage the cartridge so that the brown tab protrudes under the refill. An audible click confirms the correct positioning of the refill. Pull the red tab and discard it to activate the batteries. Changing the cartridge: Remove the front cover and take out the empty cartridge. If cartridge is not locked in place, product may leak after activation and damage the surface. Insert new cartridge: Follow assembly steps two and three. Changing the battery: Remove the front cover. Insert two new AA batteries. NOTE: Arrange batteries correctly when replacing. Device does not work with reversed batteries. |
