Ingredients
Organic raw cane sugar, orange peel, cinnamon, citric acid, clove, cardamom, lavender, star anise, pink pepper (Schinus berry)
Instructions for use
- Bring contents + 220 ml water to the boil - leave to infuse for 5-10 min - pour back into the jar through a sieve - Store in the fridge and consume within 7 days - Mulled wine recipe: mix 40 ml syrup with 200 ml warm red wine and enjoy Insider tip: mulled gin - simmer 50 ml mulled wine syrup, 200 ml apple juice, 100 ml orange juice and add 50 ml of your favourite gin and serve.
