Gaïhamsa Caviar Black Garlic Organic

Caviar black garlic is a unique product derived from one of the oldest crops in the world, known for its health benefits. Black garlic provides significant health advantages compared to raw garlic, as it is easily digestible, has a moist and soft texture, and features a subtly sweet flavor. Often referred to as the "garlic of lovers," black garlic is created by ripening fresh garlic through a process of caramelization, not fermentation. This involves maintaining the garlic at a constant temperature between 50 and 75 °C with humidity levels between 70 and 95% for 10 to 15 days. The result is candied garlic with an anthracite black color and a taste reminiscent of licorice, balsamic vinegar, and candied fruit.

Black garlic is celebrated in fine gastronomy and is considered a natural tonic and a champion of superfoods. It embodies the philosophy of "eat less, love more."

Our sprouted sunflower seeds are combined with spices, herbs, and fresh vegetables, all dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve their vitality and micronutrients. Our products are vegan and naturally gluten-free, rich in vitamins, enzymes, and nutrients.
