FunCakes Sugar Paste - Raven Black (250g)

FunCakes sugar paste is very flexible, smooth and easy to work with due to its fine structure and malleability. It is quite soft and hardens perfectly after use. It is black in color and has a delicious vanilla flavor. Let it rest (covered) for an hour after coloring for best results. Knead it again before proceeding. FunCakes sugar paste is available in a variety of colors.
The satin finish of FunCakes sugar paste allows you to frost a cake, giving the edges a smooth and silky texture. If you want to create shapes, you are sure to get clean, crisp and perfect cuts. This new, extremely handy sugar paste formula is perfect for both home bakers and professionals!
With FunCakes sugar paste, you can easily mold or create different shapes and designs. It is also suitable for creating decorations. For 250 g of sugar dough, add one teaspoon of Tylo FunCakes CMC - powder and/or water if needed. Knead well before use and spread on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
For a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, about 500 g of sugar paste are needed.
For best results, please follow these guidelines:
The sugar dough should be at room temperature.
Knead the sugar dough vigorously until it is smooth and elastic.
Sprinkle the work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll out the sugar dough with a rolling pin until it is evenly 2-3 mm thick. Turn the sugar dough a quarter turn so that it does not stick. Do small cracks appear at the edges when rolling out the sugar dough? Knead the dough vigorously again and repeat the process until the edges are smooth. The sugar paste is now ready for use
