Instructions for use | Storage: Store in a cool and dark place, 15-20°C. Preparation: The following procedure is recommended for optimum results: Allow the sugar dough to reach room temperature. Knead the sugar dough vigorously until it is smooth and elastic. Sprinkle the work surface with a little icing sugar and roll the sugar dough into an even shape (2-3 mm thick) using a rolling pin. Turn the sugar dough a quarter of the way round to prevent it from sticking. |
