The Spring Green Roll Fondant has a beautiful light green color and a delicious vanilla flavor. It is perfect for covering a cake and for cutting out shapes. Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar. You can also use the roll fondant for modeling or to create various shapes and designs. It is also suitable for coloring with food coloring. Let the fondant rest (covered) for an hour after coloring to achieve the best results. Knead the roll fondant again before further processing. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need about 500 g of fondant.
