The Spring Green rolled fondant has a beautiful light green color and a delicious vanilla flavor. It is perfect for covering a cake and for cutting out shapes. Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar. You can also use the rolled fondant for modeling or to create various shapes and designs. It is also suitable for coloring with food coloring. Allow the fondant to rest (covered) for one hour after coloring to achieve the best results. Knead the rolled fondant again before further processing. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need about 500 g of fondant.
