Product details

The egg white powder from FunCakes is the ideal substitute for fresh egg whites. It is perfect for preparing royal icing. Simply mix 10 g of egg white powder with 60 ml of water, 300 to 500 g of powdered sugar, and a pinch of citric acid. Proportions: 10 g of egg white powder + 60 ml of water = 2 egg whites. This mixture must be used within four hours.
