FunCakes Preparation for butter cream (1kg)

Make a delicious buttercream for your cakes with this FunCakes mix. This cream is perfect for filling and frosting cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. Simply add water and butter to this buttercream mix to create the most delicious buttercream frosting.

With this mixture, you can easily create a delicious, creamy buttercream that is perfect for frosting and covering cakes or as a topping on cupcakes.
The cream can also be used as a layer on top of your cake, if you want to cover the cake with sugar paste or marzipan.
FunCakes buttercream already has a delicious vanilla flavor, but can be given unique flavor boosts with FunCakes flavor pastes. Add food coloring and your creation is ready!

Preparation time: ingredients should be at room temperature. For one serving: add 125 ml of water to 125 g of the mixture and whisk. Then let the mixture stand at room temperature for at least one hour. Beat 150 g of unsalted butter (cream) for about 5 minutes until creamy. Add some of the butter mixture and beat until the mixture is completely absorbed before adding the next part. Once all the mixture has been added, beat until smooth (about 10 minutes). One serving of buttercream is enough to fill and frost a 20-cm cake or decorate about 12 cupcakes.
