Product details

The delicious FunCakes rolling marzipan is very soft and flexible. This makes the marzipan easy to handle and perfect for rolling out. It has a nice fine texture and holds its shape well when rolled. If you prefer a less intense final color, simply mix the colored marzipan with white marzipan. You can also combine two different colored marzipans. To completely cover a cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm), you will need about 500 g of marzipan. The almond paste should be kneaded well before spreading it onto a thin layer of powdered sugar. Halal, Kosher D, and gluten-free. Content: 250 grams. Ingredients: Sugar, almonds (20%), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: E420, thickening agent: E466, invertase, acidity regulator: E330, natural almond flavor, colorant: E129. Allergens are indicated in bold. This product may contain traces of soy and egg. E129 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children. This product is certified as Halal, Kosher D, and gluten-free.
