FunCakes Mixture for Enchanted Cream

What's in this name? This extremely light and soft, snow-white cream is truly magical. FunCakes Enchanting Cream Mix is perfect for garnishing and frosting cakes or as a topping for cupcakes. It is much lighter than many other creams, but still stiff enough to use for perfect cupcake swirls that stay beautifully high. The Enchanted Cream can be made in just a few minutes. Thanks to its extremely white colour, it can be coloured very well with FunCakes food colouring. The vanilla flavour is pleasant, but you can also add other flavours. For example, fruit juices, zests, liqueurs and spices also work well with FunCakes flavour pastes. This cream is really perfect for boosting your creativity.

Simply prepare a light, fluffy, snow-white cream for garnishing and frosting cakes or as a topping for cupcakes. It only takes a few minutes to prepare. Simply add water and/or milk, stir and the cream is ready to use. The cream is already delicious, but its white colour and vanilla flavour also make it perfect for adding food colouring and flavouring pastes. Contents: 900 g.

Preparation: For 1 portion of crème enchantée, mix 150 g of the mixture, 100 ml milk and 100 ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add FunCakes flavouring to taste. The cream can be used immediately. The cream made can be stored in the fridge for several days, stir before using again. If you prefer, the mixture can be prepared with just milk (200 ml) or just water (200 ml) to make it creamier or less creamy. One portion of Enchanted Cream is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake of Ø25 cm or to swirl around 24-30 small cakes. This product is halal certified.
