Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170 °C (fan oven 160 °C). The ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix 140 g of soft butter. Add 400 g of mix and 200 g of eggs (4 pieces) and mix at medium speed for 5 minutes until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan of about Ø 18-20 cm and bake the cake in the center of the oven for about 50 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan immediately and let it cool on a baking sheet. This product is halal certified.
