It is much lighter than many other creams, yet still very stiff in application for perfect cupcake swirls that stay beautifully high. The Enchanted Cream® Choco can be prepared in just a few minutes. Simply add water and/or milk, stir, and it’s ready to use immediately. With this version of our popular cream, you can enjoy the best of both worlds: the heavenly taste and texture of Enchanted Cream® and the rich flavor of chocolate.

Just add water and/or milk, stir, and it’s ready to use immediately. Preparation: For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream®, mix 150 g of the powder, 100 ml of milk, and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream can be used immediately, either as a filling or for decoration. The prepared cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days; stir before reusing. If you prefer, you can also prepare the mix with just milk (200 ml) or just water (200 ml) to make it creamier or less creamy. One portion of Enchanted Cream® is enough to fill two layers and cover a cake (Ø 25 cm) or to swirl approximately 24 to 30 cupcakes. This product is halal certified.
