Knead 500 g of mix, 215 ml of water, and 65 ml of vegetable oil with a mixer with dough hooks for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm. Cut out the donuts and let them rest for 25 minutes. Preheat the fryer to 180 °C or the oven to 200 °C (fan oven 180 °C). Frying: Fry the donuts for about 90 seconds on each side until golden brown.
