The delicious marzipan paste for rolling out from FunCakes is very soft and flexible. This makes the marzipan easy to handle and perfect for rolling out. The marzipan paste has a beautiful, fine texture and remains firm after rolling. If you want a less intense final colour, you can simply mix the coloured marzipan with white marzipan. You can also mix two different colours of raw marzipan together. To completely cover a cake (Ø 24-26 cm / 20x20 cm), you will need about 500 g of marzipan. The marzipan paste must be kneaded well before it is rolled out on a thin layer of icing sugar. Halal, Kosher D and gluten-free.
