Product details

Funcakes sugar paste has a better rolling quality and a softer texture, making it easier to use. The fondant remains soft during processing but hardens quickly after application. The marshmallow fondant is a flawless white color and has the delicious taste of this sweet treat. To completely cover a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you will need approximately 500 g of fondant. If you want to make decorations, you can add 1 heaping teaspoon of Tylo powder and possibly some liquid for every 250 g of fondant. The fondant should be kneaded well before being spread on a thin layer of powdered sugar. Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), glucose syrup, water, emulsifier: E422, thickening agents: E415, E466, emulsifier: E471, flavoring, preservative: E200, acidifying agent: E330. This product may contain traces of almonds. Azo-free. This product is certified kosher D and gluten-free.
