This chocolate cream mix is a must-have in any kitchen or cake studio. This cream is fluffy, stable, light, requires no butter, and is easy and quick to prepare. The chocolate cream is perfect for filling and covering cakes. It also works wonderfully as a cupcake topping. You can pipe your cupcakes with it, and the cream will remain nice and firm. With this chocolate cream, you can easily frost any cake. The cream is not suitable for fondant. Sugar decorations should be sprinkled on the cake or cupcakes just before serving.
