Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven 160 °C). The ingredients should be at room temperature. For 20 to 24 cupcakes: 500 g of baking mix, 250 g of butter (creamed), and 5 eggs (250 g). Mix everything at low speed for 4 minutes until you have a smooth batter. Line a muffin tray with paper liners and use an ice cream scoop to fill the liners halfway with batter. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for about 18-20 minutes. Craving mini cupcakes? With 500 g of cupcake mix, you can make about 40 to 48 mini cupcakes. Bake the mini cupcakes for about 12-15 minutes. Or would you prefer a cake (25 cm)? Then bake the cake at 150-160 °C (fan oven) for about 60-70 minutes. This product is halal certified.
