Cake glaze gives cakes, cookies, cake pops, and cupcakes an elegant shine with minimal effort. Unlike couverture, cake glaze only needs to be melted and does not require tempering to solidify and shine beautifully. The glaze can also be melted multiple times without any issues. Ingredients: sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), skimmed milk powder, whey powder (milk), concentrate (beetroot juice), emulsifier: E492, E322 (sunflower), coloring: E160a.
