This FunCakes food flavoring is ideal for deliciously flavoring buttercream, Bavarian cream, ice cream, and other fillings. FunCakes food flavorings can be added to the batter, making them perfect for baking. They are ideal for flavoring cookie or cupcake batter. Add the recommended amount to your mixture. When baking at high temperatures (above 200 °C), add an extra amount of food flavoring, as this can affect the intensity of the flavor. These flavors can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, coffee (15%) (water 13.5%, coffee powder 1.5%), caramelized sugar, flavoring, thickener: E440, acidity regulator: E330. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30 g for 500 g of preparation.
